There are at least four paintings of close family by Sir Henry Raeburn

  1. David Anderson of St Germains, East Lothian. Painted 1797.
    Sold by Capt David Murray Anderson (brother of Robert Warren Hastings Anderson)
    LOCATED     at the NGA, Washington, USA.
     
  2. John Anderson of Inchyra, Perth.  Brother of (1).
    Probably sold by cousin branch of the family.

    LOCATED at the Christies, NY, USA - for the sale on 28 Jan 2009
     - anyone want to buy it for this collection -?!
     
  3. Jane(t) Anderson (nee Mitchelson).  Wife of (2)
    Probably sold by cousin branch of the family.

    LOCATED at the Kimbell Art Museum, Fort Worth, Texas, USA.
     
  4. Lady Eleanor Naesmyth of Dawyck & Posso. (nee Murray of Philiphaugh)
    Eleanor's daughter Charlotte, married David Anderson (Eldest son of 1)
    Sold by unknown at Christie's on the 25th November 1977 (lot 101)
